Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using rivalads.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RivalAds aggregates publicly available advertising data from third-party ad libraries (such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) and provides tooling to track competitors. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continued availability of any third-party data source.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds unless required by law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service to violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RivalAds and protected by applicable laws. Ad creatives surfaced through the Service belong to their respective owners and are shown for research purposes consistent with the source platforms' policies.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be obtained from its use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RivalAds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which RivalAds operates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence provide otherwise.
